Accreditation

David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (DLC) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Agency for Healthcare Administration.The public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission accredited health care organization by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.

Funding

As a not-for-profit organization, DLC relies on a variety of funding sources. DLC is funded in part by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Collier County Department of Housing, Human & Veteran Services, and private donations made through fundraising efforts.

DLC is also financed in part by U.S. Department of Treasury, under Federal Award Number 596000558, and Collier County Community and Human Services Division.

The Collier Drug Court Program is financed in part by U.S. Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and Collier County Community and Human Services Division.
